Lying at the forefront of Raffles Place, Singapore's financial and business district, it is a 25-minute drive from Changi International Airport and a 20-minute drive from Singapore Expo. I am a 55 year-old female solo traveler from the United States. This is my first trip to Singapore. The Fullerton hotel is beautiful, centrally located so you can walk to many of the popular tourist sites. The rooms are very nice, I love the water tap that you can fill your water bottle up with, and the room service is excellent. The staff is incredible professional and kind. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and it was included in the price since I stayed six nights. Don’t miss the ice cream inside of bread cart at the end of the bridge in front of the museum! So many great things here to go and see. I used the grab app which is basically Singapore Uber. It made it really easy to get around and wasn’t that expensive. It is incredibly hot and sweaty here. I was there during low humidity, and I was dying every day. Be prepared with lightweight fabrics to deal with the Singaporean heat. If you’re a solo traveler, then please know that this country is extremely safe.

“Great place to stay”
Great place to stay from the moment we checked in we were well looked after. Christine at reception was very helpful and friendly, including give us an upgrade as returning guests. We tried the restaurants and bars associated with hotel provided great dining options.
