“Amazing property”
Raja and all the staff at this hotel were amazing. The room was perfect and the restaurants were high end. The hotel is a must do if you are coming to Singapore. The butler service is such a nice perk to have at St. Regis. You also have to visit during the holidays when it’s decorated. Beautiful pl… more

“One of the best stay ever at St Regis”
Excellent stay, excellent service, everything was world class. Family loved it. Butler assigned was fantastic - very thoughtful, professional and knew his work really well. Definitely made the stay such a memorable one and we will be back next year

“Great service, horrible parking intercom lady”
We stayed in St Regis on 30th November 2024 to celebrate our wedding night. While the hotel room and customer service was great, we were met with an unempathatic lady that was manning the parking intercom station who was screaming at us the whole time.Deapite us asking for guidance for parking, she… more
We stayed in St Regis on 30th November 2024 to celebrate our wedding night. While the hotel room and customer service was great, we were met with an unempathatic lady that was manning the parking intercom station who was screaming at us the whole time.Deapite us asking for guidance for parking, she refused to help and asked us to reverse out of the parking area. Thankfully, Gobi, who was extremely helpful and kind, guided us to park our vehicle, understand that customer service is important. Gobi went above and beyond, while the lady at the intercom was beyond abysmal and should not even be working in the service sector. This would have been a very different review had Gobi not stepped in to ensure our stay with St Regis was not hindered by an impatient service staff.

“St Regis Stay Dec 24”
Greetings! I have had a wonderful stay, duly patronized since its opening, rather pre-opening as a guest of Sony Pictures, and I continue to patronize it. Welcomed by Jisu Hing and Jia Hui; were phenomenal and highly welcoming, they may be conveyed warm felicitations.
