I would like to say a big “Thank You” to Bernice and her team members (Sheila and Anaqi) to make our stay in Village Hotel Katong so wonderful. We stay for two days, 02 March 2025 and 09 March 2025. I am amazed positively that Bernice can remember me when I came back on the 09 March 2025, and she greeted me by name. This is really an excellent customer service to personalise the relationship between customer and the company. Besides, she knew that we have an early flight to catch, so she has arranged our breakfast to be packed nicely and we can collect from the counter when we check out. Bernice was so nice to even personally send me a birthday cake, knowing that it was my birthday. This was really overwhelming and my family love it so much. A thing to add was, we were arranged to stay back (on 9 March) at the same room, which was good because of familiarity to the layout and easier for my children to get comfortable with the room again. Bernice also attended to us when we checked out and assisted us on the luggage (which were super heavy). I think the service quality of Bernice and her team should be well recognised. The personally touch and attentive to details are what that make a difference. Thank you so much.

“Keep upur services up. Highly recommended”
The experience is generally good however, we were very sceptical to drink the tap water because we found it strange and we are not used to that. Going forward kindly give the option to have a bottled water most especially to international guests

“Nice hotel, a little outside of the center”
Nice Hotel, a little bit outside the city center with good connections (MRT and Bus close by) to main touristic spots. We had ocean view from our hotel room 😊. Nice Hotel, a little bit outside the city center with good connections (MRT and Bus close by) to main touristic spots. We had ocean view from our hotel room 😊. Room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast a brought variety of Asian food and also some western food with an egg/ Omelett Station. Pool was clean and sufficient for some calm down after sightseeing. Direct connection to a little mall with a supermarket and cafes, other restaurants also close by.

I was here for a month of business trip and couldn’t be happier with the hospitality! Cong Ming the housekeeper kept my room tidy every day and supplies are replenished. “Great experience at Village Katong Hotel”
Staff at Village Katong Hotel, Singapore are very friendly and warm. The room is very spacious and clean. Nicely situated with easy access for food and transportation. The hotel is conveniently located with mall located below. The amenities are excellent.
