I love staying here on my business trips. The hotel is basic but good. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom is sufficient and the value for money is probably unbeatable. Nearby is a metro station. And surrounding the hotel is a wide variety of shops and small, delicious local restaurants. (Diagonally opposite (head left out the door) is a Yakitori restaurant that I go to every time for delicious food and ice cold Asahii super dry beer. Oishii. Their Mackerel dish is superb as is the Okonomiyaki, Sushi and Yakitori). Staying at the Busan Tourist Hotel, you can't go wrong unless you want 5 star luxury, which is your choice but very sterile.

Hotel overall was good. Rooms were large enough, clean and amenities were ample. Although luggage assistance would have been appreciated; instead staff stood behind the reception looking at you struggle. The staff at the breakfast venue were not friendly; pity as they were all very pretty and a smile and a greeting would definitely be appreciated.

“Ok hotel in a nice area with small bars and restaurants ”

The best thing about this hotel is the excellent location. You're surrounded by many excellent small bars and restaurants. Reception is efficient, and the hotel is well run but slightly dated. The best thing about this hotel is the excellent location. You're surrounded by many excellent small bars and restaurants. Reception is efficient, and the hotel is well run but slightly dated. Rooms are and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is disappointing for which I docked them a point in my rating. For the cornflakes you have no choice as they are already sweetened with sugar: not good for diabetics! However, the coffee machine is good. I keep coming back here mainly because the quality/price is reasonable and I enjoy the location.

Check in was fast Staff helpful and willing to assist all the way. Room was clean and spacious.. Bed and pillow a bid soft side. Breakfast spread was acceptable. Good location. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff was attentive and helpful. Room size reasonable and also clean. Lift was fast. Breakfast spread was acceptable. Bed and pillow on the soft side but quite comfortable. Clean room service was good.
