“Thanks a lot.”
The memory-form fillow is good. And hotelier services especially including morning room service are excellent. Finally the view is wonderful, although this time I couldn't stay ocean view. I really hope to visit again with my parents asap.

- Room condition was perfect (Temp, Humidity, Bedding) - Breakfast was perfect (American, Korean, Pho, Egg Noodle, Salmon, Various Fresh Salad & Bread) - Service, Kindness was perfect - Location(morning trail, beach access and facility(lounge, sauna)was perfect

From the moment you step into the elegant lobby with its stunning panoramic views, your heart is sure to skip a beat. Despite being perfectly situated on the beach in Haeundae’s prime location, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling crowds, allowing for a truly serene vacation experience. Just outside, you can take a leisurely stroll through a picturesque park while enjoying the calming sight of the ocean. The check-in process was seamless, with thoughtful, attentive service that catered to every need. A special thank you to the lovely concierge, Hyemin, whose warm smile and exceptional care made our stay even more memorable. The single, beautiful rose gifted to us was a thoughtful touch that became a cherished memory of our trip. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We savored every bite while taking in the breathtaking view of Haeundae Beach—an unforgettable way to start the day. Despite the hotel’s 50-year history, the space is impeccably maintained, sparkling clean, and elegantly designed. Although the bathroom was somewhat small, the sauna provided a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing soak. Overall, it was an exceptionally pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming, especially Kinam Kim at the front desk. Due to full booking, we couldn't get an upgrade or a late checkout, but our stay was still comfortable and relaxing with the special gift for our anniversary. I had a pleasant stay at The Westin Busan, which is ideally located at one end of the beach. The hotel’s setting offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy beach views and take leisurely strolls along the promenade. The service was excellent, and the hotel was well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, as a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member, I was disappointed that I did not receive a room upgrade, especially since this is a benefit I typically enjoy. I also found it a bit inconvenient that access to the lounge is restricted to only one hour on weekends, which wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. On a positive note, the breakfast offered a great selection of options. The fresh fruit and pastries were particularly delightful, and it was a great way to start the day. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking to enjoy the beach and nearby promenade. While you’ll likely need to take taxis to reach most of the city center’s main attractions, the beachside location and relaxing atmosphere make it a worthwhile choice.
