On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

We actually stayed here in March of 2018. The staff are all friendly and they would even give you a good exchange for your money to korean won. They can call a cab for you help you with directions and even write your destination in hangul for drivers to read and gps your destination. It’s so close … more
We actually stayed here in March of 2018. The staff are all friendly and they would even give you a good exchange for your money to korean won. They can call a cab for you help you with directions and even write your destination in hangul for drivers to read and gps your destination. It’s so close to Coex, close to so many coffee shops restaurants and the area is so hip with young or not so young people having a great time . We walked from our favorite samgyupsal (barbecued pork) restaurant at 2 am to this hotel and felt so safe. We love the kitchen , washer dryer combo and the whole room set up, very quiet too and priced properly. Breakfast on the other side of the hotel is so yummy and tummy fulfilling even if you have to pay it’s worth it. Two thumbs up all the way

“Full of kitchen equipments and near 2 subway stations”
Full of kitchen equipments, refrigerator and also microwave. Great place for long stay with family or friends that you can cook in room. Near 2 subway stations, COEX Mall and Lotte World. Staff are very nice and helpful. The convenience store is on the first floor.

We stayed this hotel five nights during Mar 26 through 30. The experience through the staying was excellent, and all of hotel staffs were very kind for us. They spoke clear English so that there were no communication issues at all while staying. On top of that, the location of this hotel is 7-10 mins walk from Sinnonhyeon station with Line 9 and 5-7 mins walk from Eonju station with Line 9 as well. It's close enough to walk around the hotel, we could reach out to Korean traditional restaurants, bars, shopping areas without taking bus and subway. On the Line 9, there are two major shopping malls, i.e. Starfield Coex mall and Go to mall, and you'll be able to go to there within 20 mins via subway. You cannot miss both malls those who are eager to experience Korean the latest fashions and tastes. I strongly would like to recommend those who are willing to find the best-in-class family hotel this Gangnum Family Hotel.

“Excellent for family ”
The hotel is within a walking distance (200m) to Eonju train station .The room comes with a kitchenette,washing machine,ironing,large fridge and microwave oven.Good for family ,convenient store is just downstairs

The hotel certainly has a good location in the heart of Gangnam-gu in Seoul. Its rooms are also designed for family stays with a wide range of conveniences but it does looks old and dated not only from the outside but also in the rooms. There’s fairly good WiFi and guests take the breakfast at the Best Western Premier Hotel restaurant located next door with a fairly good range of choices. It is however very expensive for what it offers and I paid far higher than the advertised price on TripAdvisor.
