“Really Ambassador”
Very neat and peaceful rooms. Had a comfortable bed. Shower area was very cozy and neat. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Housekeeping was on time. Breakfast was delicious. Cafe are available 24/7 at cost after breakfast. Gym and laundry room available.

“Very good hotel”
Good hotel, clean and the service is really good. Very professional! I had some problem on my reservation and the reception staff was very kind to resolved it. I recommend this hotel for any trip in Seoul It’s also really convenient because the location

“Perfect”

“Enjoyed my stay.”
Despite not having a direct airport limosine to the hotel, i quite enjoyed my stay here. It was a hassle since it is between 2 rather busy train stations, and that i landed at 4am in the morning, private car was the best mode for me. There are cafes around, so are convenient stores. Despite not having a direct airport limosine to the hotel, i quite enjoyed my stay here. It was a hassle since it is between 2 rather busy train stations, and that i landed at 4am in the morning, private car was the best mode for me. There are cafes around, so are convenient stores. I like the bathroom set up. Shower space was good. Hot shower was fast. Mini fridge was cold. TV channels were ok, but no options for mirrorcast from mobile device. Room itself is pretty small, practically no space for your suitcase to lay flat and closed. Even pulling out the desk chair was tight. Aircon/heater was great. I was surprised that the gym was nicely equipped. Breakfast was super simple. Laundry was good. During my visit, 1 washer machine was out of order. It would be good if the machine was totally switched off or cover the coin/bill slot. Someone used it and caused the floor to be flooded. The notice was not visible for ignorant guests. Am planning for my next travel in March, and might return here.

“Would come again”
The hotel is very clean and the staff is very kind and professional. I like the the location. The hotel is easily reachable with public transport. I have come here two times already and would come again.
