“Get it if it's available”
Good location and excellent customer service. Big size room with cooking options. There are a lot of restaurants available behind the hotel. If you are looking for a service resident in Gangnam Seoul Korea, give this property a try.

“LOVE IT HERE”
Been here for outstations. Stayed here for almost a week if I'm not mistaken. The room was very spacious and clean complete with king size bed mini kitchen and washing machine plus dryer. It also had a loft. Miss my time staying here

“Very convenient!”
Stayed here for a week in February . Very convenient for Gangnam.Clean and comfortable rooms. Very spacious. Not quite sure how well the staff speak english as my brother speaks good Korean and he prefered to speak to them in Korean. Very reasonable price and would stay here again!

We stayed at Provista for two weeks so we got a pretty good feel for the hotel. First off, the service was extremely friendly, though not always helpful due to the language barrier. The front desk staff and housekeeping tried hard to make us feel comfortable but there were often miscommunications. For example, the TV in our room did not work. After we asked a couple times for it to be repaired, it was finally fixed but soon died again. I didn't bother to ask for it to be repaired again. The double room was clean and remarkably large. It even had a loft, though there was no furniture in the loft. The kitchenette and especially the mini laundry washer/drier was a real treat. The hotel was kind enough to comp my breakfast during our stay (I am not sure how that happened, actually), which was a really nice touch. There were plenty of Korean and Western options. This included salad, eggs, breakfast meats, yogurt, cereal, soups, rice, fruit, Korean side dishes, fried rice, etc, and actually spaghetti one morning. There is a pretty large fitness center in the basement. It had a good selection of equipment (much better than most hotel gyms!) but the main downside was the lack of--or poor use of--air conditioning. The restaurants in front of the hotel and on the same street as the hotel are pretty pricey. Venture around the neighborhood behind the hotel for a good number of more "local" eateries and coffee shops with fairer prices. Overall a very good stay!
