“Lovely hotel”
Great hotel,staff very helpful and friendly.Good breakfast.10 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from town.(Bus) Good security, coded entry gate. Lovely views of sunrise in the morning. Rooms cleaned every day. Nice area outside of hotel to sit/drink coffee in morning.

Lovely hotel, we had our room upgraded to a seaview. Lovely selection at breakfast. We ate one night at the restaurant, quite basic choice but very nice and filling. Staff very pleasant and helpful. “So-so, it's tricky to decide on how good/bad it is”
The positives: outside of Alicante city centre, but a 10 minute bus ride to the centre and an 8 minute ride from the airport. It's incredibly quiet at night, which is a massive bonus. The positives: outside of Alicante city centre, but a 10 minute bus ride to the centre and an 8 minute ride from the airport. It's incredibly quiet at night, which is a massive bonus. Unfortunately, I was a solo traveller as my partner had passport issues, but the bar area is fairly welcoming. Breakfast is really good, a good selection and a reasonable price. Less positive, as a Scot who doesn't particularly enjoy spending time around English travellers, this isn't a great option as they're everywhere. The team are very young and spend a fair time talking loudly amongst themselves and ignoring the guests; having to be prompted to do a check-in or serve a beer isn't a good look. One staff member spent a lot of time on his phone, listening to voice notes on full volume. Even during the week with six staff members on site, both the front desk and the bar were left unattended for significant amounts of time. On the weekend, they serve a limited menu as they don't seem to want staff working without guests to serve food to, understandable, but a bit annoying. Housekeeping is outstanding. The pick of the team is Adrian, but get any of the team talking, and as a general rule, they're pretty amiable. If you want to be out of the city and don't mind being around obnoxious English tourists, this is a great option.
