Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

I stayed here for one night as part of a motorcycle trip around Northern Spain and the Pyrenees. I picked this place because of the price and they had parking for the bikes. Not many places in town do have parking. The friendly receptionist didn't speak any English, but we managed OK. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy and had a good WiFi connection. No aircon, but that wasn't a problem. The lounge / diner / kitchen and a toilet were downstairs with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. I made use of the washing machine as I was travelling light. The town is nearby and the roman bridge was about 5 minutes away down some steep steps. The town is quite interesting and certainly worth a look. Lots of bars restaurants and shops were open in the evening.

Nice to have a washing machine as were travelling on a motorbike with limited luggage space. 60 steps down to roman bridge and start of town so no good if unfit. Quiet as in a residential area. Plenty of parking space and helpful reception staff.

The apartments are well located in the entrance of Cangas de Onis, next to the famous middle-age bridge. The place is very quiet and the beds are good, so you can sleep very confortable. As for the rest, the kitchen is not that well equiped, so that you miss many kitchen pottery, even to prepare your own breakfast! Bathroom is average. Anyway, we spent a nice week-end in Asturias.
