“Perfect place to explore the Asturian Picos - bring a car.”
My first trip to the Picos de Europa and I loved the beautiful green forested peaks on all sides, and the access to Covadonga. My first trip to the Picos de Europa and I loved the beautiful green forested peaks on all sides, and the access to Covadonga. This is a lovely, friendly hotel (with excellent breakfast cakes), but I made a mistake not bringing a car. The hotel is in a hamlet 7km from Cangas, which is too far to walk and the Picos are really built-up for car-tourism. I strongly recommend coming here, but if you bring a focused, local guide book, a partner and a car you will have the best experience.

We stayed here a couple of nights and had a very warm welcome and great service throughout. The breakfast was lovely, with all homemade cakes and jams and plenty of it. Rooms are small but cosy and comfortable. It is nicely tucked away from the busy touristy bits but close enough to get around and see everything, get to nearby restaurants, walks etc. We enjoyed evening walks around the village and out into the surrounding countryside where everyone was very friendly. Good wifi too.

The ladies in reception were friendly and gave us useful advice about the area (especially regarding the webcam over the lakes at Covadonga - it's a difficult drive and prone to fog so you can check the weather firs… more
A nice little hotel in Corao, a tiny village close to Cangas de Onis and Covadonga. The ladies in reception were friendly and gave us useful advice about the area (especially regarding the webcam over the lakes at Covadonga - it's a difficult drive and prone to fog so you can check the weather first), Breakfast was simple but good with nice homemade jams and bizcochos. , The room was clean although maybe a little dark. It is very well located for exploring Asturias. A great weekend.

“Great place, better attention”
We had a short stay and everything was perfect. The hotel is really nice and cosy, really ample and comfy rooms. Great breakfast, everything homemade! And the customer service was terrific!! Completely recommended!

“best small hotel”
We stayed at his hotel for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The owner, Sonia, is a very pleasant person. The room is "European" translates as smallish, but immaculately clean and very comfortable. The weather was turning a bit cool, so there was some heat in the evenings and mornings.....… more
We stayed at his hotel for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The owner, Sonia, is a very pleasant person. The room is "European" translates as smallish, but immaculately clean and very comfortable. The weather was turning a bit cool, so there was some heat in the evenings and mornings..... perfect. The breakfast included homemade coffee cakes and marmalades. Just right to give one a good start in the morning. Internet service was fast. We normally come every year, and we will return to Entremontes
