“Honeymoon in Barcelona”
Don’t be put off by bed & breakfast title, this is a lovely place that is more hotel than B&B. Room was lovely and clean with an outside terrace that was perfect for my husband to have a smoke instead of going down stairs outside. Don’t be put off by bed & breakfast title, this is a lovely place that is more hotel than B&B. Room was lovely and clean with an outside terrace that was perfect for my husband to have a smoke instead of going down stairs outside. Staff were lovely and the continental breakfast was perfect before setting out for the day. Freshly squeezed orange juice and lovely coffee. Would stay again and would recommend for great value and close to all amenities.

It's a good location, within walking distance of lots of the main attractions of Barcelona and a couple of blocks from the R2 that gets you to the airport. It's a good location, within walking distance of lots of the main attractions of Barcelona and a couple of blocks from the R2 that gets you to the airport. Our room was good, bed was a bit bouncy - could do with a memory foam mattress - but apart from that all good. Tiny stairs or small lift up, but then I'd say it's not a great place for a family with young kids, much better for couples or friends. There are quite a few steps and narrow passages so if you've got mobility issues you may be better off with a big-name hotel. Breakfast was fine, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was nice and quiet but you could just about hear the washing machine at night, but that's the only thing I heard - I always suggest people take earplugs on holiday anyway. I think value is okay but then I got it with air miles. Happy to recommend with the caveat of it being more suited to some people than others.
