Very good city centre hotel. Good central Bilbao location (we walked to both old town and the Guggenheim) with bonus of (quite expensive) parking. Very good city centre hotel. Good central Bilbao location (we walked to both old town and the Guggenheim) with bonus of (quite expensive) parking. Classic looking exterior but inside a very good, modern hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We'd booked a classic double but were given a room upgrade and were extremely happy with the room we had. Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable, looking out on to the street. Buffet breakfast offered good choice, very enjoyable. For the price we paid for this stay it was excellent value and we would happily return.

Thank you for your hospitality on February 17. Unfortunately, my friend's luggage was lost on a Vailing Airlines flight in Bilbao from Barcelona. The fun trip started with a big trouble. I consulted with the hotel front desk about what to do, and they responded very kindly and called Vailing Airlines. The support of the female staff at the front desk helped me a lot even though she was working. There is nothing more grateful in a foreign country than tender help when we are at a loss. Thanks to you all staff , my friend was able to recover her lost baggage at Barcelona Airport after that. I really appreciate the kindness of the hotel staff. Thank you very much for your big hospitality and kindness!

“Enjoyable”
We enjoyed everything in and about this hotel! The hotel is modern and quite convenient. Location is perfect. The room was quite big. Breakfast was generous. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot for the perfect service!

Actually the hotel was perfect in every way. The Staff was delightful and helpful. The room was spacious, VERY clean and quiet. The air system was easily controlled, the bathroom modern and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. I often rate hotels by the coffee and orange juice at breakfast. Both were fantastic, the orange juice was freshly juiced by the machine as you turned the tsp on. The rest of the breakfast was much better than average. We will definitely use the hotel again. It was a pleasure.

Very nice hotel, ideally located in Abando, close to the old town in one direction, and the Guggenheim in the other. Rooms clean & spacious. Nice variety of hot & cold breakfast items. Staff friendly & helpful. Only minor gripe was that even in relatively mild February heat, the rooms tended to be a little stuffy, and unfortunately the air-con settings were based on winter conditions, providing heat only. Leaving windows open at night eventually became too cold. Overall though, would be happy to visit again.
