On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Modern hotel close to town centre”
Great location in a quiet one-way street close to the town centre. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but keep driving round the block and eventually someone will go! Helpful receptionist and comfortable (but fairly small) modern room. Free in room wifi, flat screen Tv Breakfast OK

“Good for a cost effective short stay”
Situated in Huesca city with its own secure underground car park is good. Bed was a little small and on the hard side but otherwise comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and spoke good English. For one night it served us well.

We made a reservation in the morning for 2 two bed rooms the same evening. Good service. We made a reservation in the morning for 2 two bed rooms the same evening. Good service. Upon arrival, the "double bed" in one of the rooms appeared to be just 1,35 m wide ... not what we are used to. So the hotel desk accepted to book us to another room with 2 single beds : great ! Unfortunately, this room stank horribly of cigarette smoke ... hard choice between 2 evils ... The location of the hotel is very good and parking is possible in the street in front of the hotel. The bathroom was very stylish, but a little too small and of the many shower heads only one was functioning. Price is OK (60 EUR without breakfast for a twin room with air conditioning). Just some details to be fixed and we would be ready to come back !

“Simple hotel that needs some TLC”
A comfortable stay with helpful staff. Take away some of the artwork and what you have is close to Premier Inn style accommodation. Small rooms and even smaller bathrooms. Simple but adequate breakfasts in Reception. Overall not great value. Parking is available at an additional 9.90 euros. T… more
