“This is Madrid's best hotel.”
Madrid's finest hotel. Great staff. Great rooms. Great location. This is my fourth trip to Madrid. I've stayed at other hotels, but now am sticking with this one. It is perfectly located on the Grand Via, near the tourist sights, shopping, and public transport.

“Very much recommend”
We had a wonderful time, for us it was the best location to stay in Madrid Although the hotel is not very much recommended to those who search for a quiet place to stay- it’s in the very center of grand via The staff was great and thoughtful and answered to our every need:)

“Excellent Stay”
My second week in Madrid I moved to this property from Hotel Montera Curio Collection property . Although I have stayed previously this stay was exceptional. My second week in Madrid I moved to this property from Hotel Montera Curio Collection property . Although I have stayed previously this stay was exceptional. The rooms are large in comparison and the bathrooms functional and beautifully finished . The sleep quality excellent. The breakfast served at Heilo y is amazing with a specials local cuisine dish that changes daily . A menu is offered along side the buffet .

“Dissapointing”
We couldn´t assist the first day because our flight from Paris was cancelled, it suffered a technical failure. The Hotel Manager decided to charge the night although initially, after a consult, the officer told us that they were going not to charge it.
