We had a lovely 3-night stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. It was are first hotel of the trip and got us off to a perfect start. The location is perfect within walking distance to everything while being in a quiet location. Though we weren't driving there is parking next door. The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Our 3-person terrace room was very nice with beautiful interior design, a double/twin bed, and a separate area with a sofa bed for our adult daughter. The room opened thru a pair of French doors to a large terrace with furniture. We did not eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be pleased to stay here again.

“Excellent hotel with great staff”

Excellent in every respect. The hotel is well located - near the Prado and Retiro park. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Excellent in every respect. The hotel is well located - near the Prado and Retiro park. Plenty of restaurants nearby. As it is off a main road, in a side street, it is quiet which appealed greatly to us. The rooms are spacious and mine had a discretely located kitchenette. The staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was super. Fresh fruit salade (the best ever), and trouble taken to give you whatever you might like. This hotel was somewhat expensive but speaking from experience … you get what you pay for! My 2 friends and I would definitely return to this hotel when visiting this magnificent city again and I hope that that will be soon too!

“The best staff ever”

The staff here was super helpful! We were allowed to check in early. Always nice considering we just were trapped on a plane for way too long. Staff also graciously allowed us to leave our luggage until after the evening ended and our friends picked us up. We received welcome wine upon our arrival.… more

Staff also graciously allowed us to leave our luggage until after the evening ended and our friends picked us up. We received welcome wine upon our arrival. Location was perfect for being near the SantaGloria bakery and the Metro. Incredibly quiet.

“Terrific hotel near the Prado”

Everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect. My daughter and I shared a spacious suite with a huge terrace furnished with comfortable chairs. The kitchenette was super-useful. Everything was sparkling clean. Bottled water, Coke, and coffee for the Nespresso were replenished free of charge every day. Our room was at the back and it was super quiet. This hotel is near the Prado and other museums. Though slightly further away from other main tourist sites, we still walked every where and the hotel was super-quiet. On top of that, the staff was incredibly helpful, from letting us check in VERY early after our flight from the US to showing us around the room to booking our taxi to the train station when we left. I highly recommend this place. It's a great value for the money as well.
