On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great base near Potes”
Our family group of 19 stayed in 5 apartments for 7 nights. Great base to visit Potes and the local area with lots to do & see within a short drive. Our family group of 19 stayed in 5 apartments for 7 nights. Great base to visit Potes and the local area with lots to do & see within a short drive. Potes is about a 20 mins walk but there are also couple of bars a few minutes walk away. Apartments are spacious and more than adequate, there are fantastic communial areas to eat a meal, BBQ or socialise in a big group. There's also a good sized pool, table tennis and short tennis court. Overall a great place for groups of friends or family.

One of the greatest places I have ever visited. Amazing landscape, great location.Everything at superlative.The apartments are nice and the pool is great because it gives a big plus to this location.It is a very good place for relaxation.
