“Absolutely Devine - Amazing Staff”

“The nicest people”
My self and 2 friends stayed here again on the 8/11/24. The hotel is a credit to the owner. Nothing is to much trouble, it’s warm ,,accommodating, and spotless. Eva generally dealt with us, a lovely girl, professional polite, and very accommodating. We were kindly upgraded, we had truck and trailer, which parking was organised Swifty, behind the hotel. From the moment that the owner met us while we were parking our car, I knew that this is a special hotel. He took care of our bags, walked us into the beautiful lobby and reception area, and then moved our car into a permanent parking spot. During check in, we were given a nice overview of landmarks and restaurants in the city. The owner took us to our room, it is wonderful. Extra large, comfortable bed and beautiful new bathroom with double sinks, stall shower, and separate tub. The welcome gift of snacks and champagne were a very nice touch as well. I thought customer service of this level was long gone, bit it is alive and well at Hotel Rector.
