Chocolates in the room were a treat & the receptionist was helpful & informative. The location was opposite Zurriola beach & a short walk from the old town & La Concha beach, handy for bars, restaurants, exploring, sightseeing & beaches. With a beautiful mountain backdrop.

This is a lovely hotel right across Zurriela beach. Andrea checked us in and was helpful throughout our stay. She gave us the best recommendations for Pintxos places and the famous Basque cheesecake. The temperature dropped during our stay and she even gave us recommendations on where to buy warm clothes. The rooms are quite spacious. Beds are comfortable and best part is, the windows can actually be opened, taking advantage of the cool sea breeze. Location wise, it is indeed a bit of a walk to Old Town - maybe 15 to 20 minutes. But it doesn't matter because it's such a lovely walk, and it's a quite retreat at end of each day. Plenty of convenience stores and shops a long the way. Breakfast is a good deal - Jamon, cheese, freshly baked bread, cereals, etc. I really appreciate that they were able to get non-dairy milk for us, which we requested ahead. I definitely recommend this place, and will come back!

We found the hotel to be in a good location with ocean views of Zurriela beach. The service was great, they made special arrangements during breakfast for our son who didn’t want to eat in the dining area. The room was small but clean and we loved the loft style layout. Parking was a bit challenging because its a very busy area. Overall, we found it to be cozy, safe and the beds were really comfortable. The price was really reasonable.
