This hotel should have a much higher rating!! Stayed here for a few nights when visiting family. Compared to the other hotels, this was much more affordable. I arrived late at night but check in was very easy. Rooms are large and beds very comfortable. Bathroom extremely clean (something I find very important!), while my room had a lovely view into the little centre courtyard. Very central and about 5 minutes walk from the main cathedral. Lots of good places to eat around. My only complaint was the noise. I was staying in room 2 and I could hear people moving up and down the stairs from outside my room, early in the morning which woke me up. I will definitely be staying here again when I am back in town.

A really great option right at the edge of the old town. Just a short stroll from the cathedral and all the main sights. Our room, 21, was lovely and had everything we needed. Out of the windows in the roof, we had the most wonderful view of the cathedral. You receive all the information you need before arrival and the instructions are crystal clear. Entrance is by pin code. We had good WiFi, aircon, a kettle for coffee, fridge, a free bottle of water. The pillows were so soft that I was asleep in seconds! Room 21 wouldn’t be accessible if you have any mobility problems - there’s no lift - so if you do, ask for a room lower down. There are rooms on the ground floor. We could leave our bags after checkout. Definitely recommend.

“Well located, very nice and clean.”
The location is a great trade-off being close to the historical center but also to public transportation. Very traditional but modern amenities. Very clean. Excellent WiFi. Reception was helpful. Open staircase may be a bit noisy at night with late guests...

Located near the old town and only a few minutes walk to the cathedral. Despite requesting a double room when we booked several months ahead, we were allocated a twin room in a separate annex at the back of the hotel. This was rather gloomy and had frosted glass in the windows. They reluctantly relocated us to a double room in the main building for the second night. They had a good selection at breakfast. Reduced priced parking available at the San Clemente public underground car park nearby.
