“Great location for tourists”
Great Staff, Great Location if you need to be in the heart of Granada. The Cathedral, restaurants and the bust stops for Alhambra and Sacramento are all close, just a short walk away. Great Staff, Great Location if you need to be in the heart of Granada. The Cathedral, restaurants and the bust stops for Alhambra and Sacramento are all close, just a short walk away. Would recommend if you want everything close by. Rooms clean and spacious. We returned to Malaga by train and the hotel arranged a taxi to the station - but you could walk if you chose to.

“Perfect location fantastic hotel”
This a a lovely hotel on a great spot Perfect for exploring the city and walks to bars restaurant. It was easy to find. The staff on checking in were friendly and very knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Granda.

“gorgeous terrace with disgusting wine and friendly waiter”
Went for evening drinks on the terrace - tiny rectangular space but gorgeous Alhambra views. Wine (only a couple of options) tasted disgusting so order a branded spirit or beer if you go. Very friendly staff. Have stayed at another Eurostars Palace in Cordoba which was badly managed so I can imagin… more

“Air conditioning terrible”
We upgraded from our original hotel to ensure we had adequate cooling as the forecast was 36-38c. After checking in we found the rooms warm and could barely feel air. Very stuffy. We were told it was normal. We are Australian and know what a/c feels like. We asked to move to another Eurostars prop… more
We upgraded from our original hotel to ensure we had adequate cooling as the forecast was 36-38c. After checking in we found the rooms warm and could barely feel air. Very stuffy. We were told it was normal. We are Australian and know what a/c feels like. We asked to move to another Eurostars property or stay one night and refund the second. No to both as we were offered another room instead. Funnily enough it felt slightly cooler, so we moved. They also gave a fan. Hard to believe in a property of the standard it purports to be. We are still there and I will update this review if anything changes. I notice on Expedia there’s a review complaining about the same problem. We regret changing in the first place.
