“PERFECT location, clean hotel, friendly staff, all in all GREAT”
Arrived much earlier than check in but I was able to be accommodated with an early check-in, staff was incredibly friendly, hotel was clean and in the PERFECT location. 10/10 on service, cleanliness, and location.

From the moment I checked in this hotel has been an absolute joy. I was checked in by Alberto who was so thorough and professional. From the moment I checked in this hotel has been an absolute joy. I was checked in by Alberto who was so thorough and professional. Today Alexander assisted me with a restaurant recommendation and then was kind enough to book the restaurant for me. My room was newly renovated and was excellent. Spacious, clean and very well appointed. The shower controls here are the best I have encountered in my travels (particularly in Europe and the UK. The room had a safe and a small refrigerator. The room was topped off by a small Juliet type balcony with opening doors. Would I stay here again, you bet I would.

In early November we spent two nights at the NH Collection in Granada, where our room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was one of the largest (with the best counter space) we had in Portugal or Spain. Centrally located, the NH Collection made walking in Granada easy. My only criticism is that the breakfast was very expensive, so we skipped it and ate in nearby cafes. The reception staff were also very helpful with directions and with calling a cab.

This hotel is a great option if you’re visiting Granada! It’s a great location, really close to shopping and the main plazas. The outside of the hotel is gorgeous. They were doing renovations on the inside when I was there. My room had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the street - definitely a great feature! My only complaint would be that the staff weren’t the friendliest.

“Standard NH But...”
NH hotel with its usual standard, excepting that the room I was in would definitely need some renovation. Good breakfast well served. The reason of my nit so good rating is for the help desk which was not really helpful helping solving an issue I shared
