“Good all round”
The staff were very helpful, the check in and out was efficient, the location is wonderful and the room was very clean and comfortable. An excellent nights sleep. The cost of parking and for our small dog was quite high but we knew what it would be so not a surprise. We shall return.

“Hidden Gem”
Wonderful hotel in the old quarter. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We had dinner one night in their Italian restaurant, food was delicious! Everything about the stay was lovely. Definitely a place to recommend and go back to.

“Very kind to put my flyers for my Antique & Vintage lShop at Calle Locum in your rack.”
I offered to put my flyers for my Antique & Vintage Shop in the rack at the hotel. Very kind employee, being happy to put my flyers there to make their customers aware of the shop. The hotel has a positive lobby, a ln attractive entrance, nice and quiet. Thank you!

Beautiful boutique hotel located near the old Centro area. Well equipped rooms and the staff are very gracious. Beds are comfortable and there is an excellent breakfast room and bar located in the hotel. We were unable to use their restaurant during our stay. It is walking distance to many of Toledo’s sites including the El Greco Museum, the Toledo Cathedral , Monastery of San Juan de Los Reyes and Puente San Martín

Pros: well-situated for seeing the sights. Parking garage so there is somewhere off road to leave the car if you are driving. Very friendly staff. Lovely decoration. Great cocktail bar with properly made gin and tonics. Cons: beware, at least one of the rooms (208) has a window that is so high up you cannot see out at all and so dark you have to have ALL the lights on every minute you are in the room. It is like being in a luxury jail cell and 4* prices are a lot to pay for being in a jail cell. The bathroom was large and clean but the shower, although powerful, was a small head and so hard to adjust that I had to stand with my nose against the wall to get wet. Even my OH, an engineer, said you needed a degree to work out how to use it! I don't recommend the hotel restaurant, the food was very overpriced and the coteletta Milanese was actually a schnitzel and not a very good one, served with a handful of greenery (and some tomatoes if desired), potatoes extra! The risotto was average. We were not offered any oil, seasoning or even a bit of extra cheese for the risotto (and given that the restaurant was empty when we arrived it wasn't because the staff were too busy to check on us).
