The hotel is in a lovely area in Teledo.The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is excellant.There is a carpark at the hotel and you are charged extra for parking. The staff were good overall but they were lacking in information about other restaurants in the area when we enquired.We would come back to stay again.Good Value for money.

“Quiet, well-located”

Spent a couple of nights in this hotel in October, 2024. The hotel is nicely located in the Jewish quarter of Toledo. It's a quiet location, but at the same time pretty close to Toledo's center. We had a lovely room with a patio. But our room was too warm, and uncomfortable for sleep, even with the patio doors open. October in Toledo can be warm, and the air conditioning were disabled. We did not find this to be the case in other places in Spain where we stayed, which still had A/C on in late October and early November. The staff brought us a fan and some blankets instead of the heavy duvets that were in the room, and that did help. The pillows on the bed were strange and rather uncomfortable, and the hotel did not have any other options. Breakfast at the hotel was decent but not a gastronomic adventure, as the hotel's marketing says. Nothing special. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much.

“Basic, outdated and not very friendly.”

Well positioned hotel with a good parking. Very clean. Nice exterior. The rest is less than inspiring. Not the friendliest nor helpful front desk. Well positioned hotel with a good parking. Very clean. Nice exterior. The rest is less than inspiring. Not the friendliest nor helpful front desk. Arrived late at night and were refused service of food in the restaurant although it was still open and with 10 minutes to go to closing time. People continued to sit and eat an hour later. You do not sent away a hangry guest. Shameful. Room was outdated as hell. Bed as hard as a rock.

Well located hotel . Staff especially Roberto (or Alberto )are personable and friendly. Hotel is clean and well run . Rooms are small but functional. Hallways remind me of a college dorm. Not much sound absorption in the halls. Servers in the dining room at night need to spruce up their attitude to diners. Not friendly . Breakfast servers on the other hand are quite good . On balance this is a very good 3 star hotel which maybe for Toledo is as good as you will find .
