This review is for Apartamentos Boutique Catedral A.K.A Apartamentos Catedral on Montero Calvo 13. There are two sister properties Hotel Atrio on Nuñez de Arce 5 and Hotel Catedral on Nuñez de Arce 11. Tripadvisor has the wrong address listed above for the apartments. You have to check in and pick up the keys at hotels since the apartments don't have staff onsite. Check in was easy and we received free museum passes. The apartments are a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The Apts. are around the corner from the Plaza de España, very good location, easy walk to restaurants, shops and slightly longer walk to train station. We had a two bedroom unit. The first bedroom had two twin beds pushed together, a wardrobe and two night tables, no TV. There was a door leading to a balcony facing an interior courtyard where people hung out their laundry. The second bedroom was smaller, it also had two twin beds but they were separated. The wardrobe and night tables were average size. This room had a wall mounted flatscreen TV. The living dining combo was average size, plainly furnished , had TV, sofa bed(not very comfortable),coffee table, book shelf and small dining table and chairs. The kitchen was very compact but had everything we needed. There was no dishwasher but it had a washing machine. All the plates and cutlery appeared to be clean but I washed everything before using it. There was a small pass through window in the kitchen leading to the dining room. There's a supermarket down the street where you can purchase all your groceries and get laundry detergent. When you entered the unit you had to stick the room key into a small box on the wall beside the door and this would turn on the electricity. When you left you took the key out and everything turned off. There were adjustable A/C units in each bedroom and the living room. The bathroom was a little small but clean, there was a stand up shower and no tub. If you want to save a little money you can request housekeeping one or two-times a week instead on everyday. There was free WIFI but it didn't work all the time. The apartment was fairly clean, a few dust bunnies under the beds but the bathroom was very clean. It was fairly quiet expect one morning when our drunken neighbors decided to have a very loud conversation in the hallway at 4am.

“Very nice and cheap”
It's a very pleasant place with nice and clean room, the bathroom is really nice too and well provided, it's well centered and the service at the reception is really good... and it was really cheap, the only thing I would change is the price for the breakfast!

We stayed a week at the Catedral Hotel in Valladolid. It's a small hotel - around 25 rooms. The rooms aren't huge, but they are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are bigger than some European hotels. Ask for the rooms 103, 203 or 303 - they are at the end of the hallway and bigger and quieter than the others. The 4th floor rooms only have skylights - no regular windows. They have air-conditioning and an elevator. The location near the Cathedral isn't in the middle of the action, but it's only a 5 minute walk to the main plaza. Most of the restaurants are around the main plaza. They have valet parking, but the valet isn't always available and the parking garage is not very close if you need to get your own car. The staff was friendly and attentive, but they didn't speak much English. We used the computer at their sister hotel next door for free internet access.
