“Fantastic family apartment close to the old section”

We love these apartments. We were a little unsure when the nav told us we had arrived and couldn't see anything hotel-like. However, we walked to the address and a super nice guy with a great sense of humor greeted us. We had three grumpy kids, who perked up immediately upon seeing the large apartment. The 5 of us (kids ages 11, 7 and 4) could spread out easily. There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The stroll to the old section of town is very short, even our 4 year old made it there, around and back without complaining of being tired. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. When we come back, we are definitely staying here again!

“Fantastic value, great space”

I have learned (better late than never) that apartments are the way to go in Spain, over hotels or hostals. AU Habitat was excellent even in that category. I have learned (better late than never) that apartments are the way to go in Spain, over hotels or hostals. AU Habitat was excellent even in that category. Tons of space in our 5th floor unit, and it even came with a neat rooftop terrace! Great kitchen space, nice big sitting room and dining area, and a spacious bathroom and bedroom. It felt like living in a condo. Location is great, just a short 5 minute walk into the old town. And it's hard to beat all that for just over 50 euros a night. Parking is offsite at a nearby lot (2 blocks away) and not cheap at 16 euros per night, but that's not much above average for bigger Spanish cities. Jeronimo the building manager was great to correspond with via email when I made the booking, and he was extremely helpful in person as well. Even after a long day he stuck around after our late check-in and helped us come up with a bunch of stuff to do in the city. We would definitely stay here again.

“Very close location to the old section of town.”

Location is ideal for visiting the old section of the town, literally mins away. Main Plaza of Zaragoza is incredible with a mixture of old churches and walls, and new water features and sculptures. Location is ideal for visiting the old section of the town, literally mins away. Main Plaza of Zaragoza is incredible with a mixture of old churches and walls, and new water features and sculptures. The shopping down the main street "Alfonsi" is very nice with some lovely unique shops. The Apartments are well presented, secure and very spacious. They are decorated in a modern style and have most mod cons, although the Air Con was not working when we arrived. The desk clerk for the apartments is not available all the time and hence we could not report this. Made for a very uncomfortable evening during summer. Also he spoke no English at all, and had to refer me to his colleague by phone for key information. Lots of bars and restaurants in local area, but unfortunately this is also located in the main red light district of Zaragoza. Not a very nice atmosphere walking around the streets close to the hotel in the evening. Parking is also not great, plenty of underground parking, but off street parking is hard to come by, especially if you have a roof box. Such a shame as the actual room is nice. Internet is excellent.
