Excellent service at the check in and at the bar The room was on a high floor with a terrace Super clean, spacious with a coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers. Super quiet .. ideal to work in the room The Mediterranean restaurant on site is amazing with top notch service . The food was with fresh and excellent products. Lots of flavors! Do not hesitate to book this hotel if you have an early flight .. they provide a shuttle with a very kind chauffeur. .

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel as we had read reviews that stated the hotel is in need of upgrade and maintenance. Our room was updated and modern. The airport shuttle is great. We asked for the transit pass and went downtown. The only issue with the transit is that it about a 10 minute walk through a questionable area. I would't want to walk there at night.

I chose to stay at the Hilton in Geneva because I trust the Hilton to deliver a certain level of quality at their properties. Overall, I was disappointed. The service was as I would expect at a Hilton. The location was great. A few minutes drive from the airport and the train station. And the hotel shuttle runs every 20 minutes. The lobby is big, but the atmosphere was very cold. The bar was nice, but the mojito I ordered was terrible. However, breakfast was quite good. The hotel hallway is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. The room was large, with a comfortable bed. It was very quiet despite the close proximity to the airport. But overall, it needs a serious update. The decor is strange, and the big room was quite empty. Like the hallway, the carpet looks old and tired. The window seat had a cigarette burn and other stains. The bathroom and bedroom do not match at all. The bathtub was nice, and quite large, but the shower was unusually small. The room was too hot for good sleep. But there was no air-conditioning and the window does not open. I was provided with a fan after I complained. It was just a disappointing experience.
