incredible staff and customer service and food. my favorite hotel in Tanzania and perfect central location and easy transportation. i will go here everytime i visit tanzania to ease into the different culture and country before branching out to explore.

“Perfect stay!”
My family and I stayed at the hotel for the new year, Everything was perfect! The room was very modern, clean, extremely comfy bed which my four year old enjoyed so much while watching her favorite toons! My family and I can't wait to visit again!

Amazing Experience stayed almost 04 months at the property because of Amazing team, who makes you feel that you are at home when away from home. Amazing Chef’s who take care of your choices - A very special thanks to Chef Himmat Singh who took care of my family needs and tastes like a own family. Chef Epiphany contributed equally. Super smart team members in the Palm restaurant Ms Mashabawni one of the smartest crew who knew what you need before you speak, Ms Rehema , Mr Evan and F&B Manager Gasper wanes makes it memorable and comfortable. Reception team Mr. Bernard ( Supervisor ) , Ms Rehema and Ms Happiness were amazing and ensure that you don’t miss them when you pass by. Just inform them and things are done. Regency Club takes care of you and ensure each member visiting has a Globalist Experience- all credit to Ms Mazuwma ( J) , Ms Grace and Ms Queen Special thanks to the Management Team Mr Alex, Mr Timothy, Mr Teko Executive Chef, Ms John, Mr Himmat singh and Mr Parthav (Engineering ) who ensured that special care and needs are fulfilled when family was sick. I can’t forget to specially thanks Mr George from Laundry Section to take care of our laundry needs. There are many more names in the amazing team which makes the Hyatt Regency Kilimanjaro Dar es Salaam a special place to stay and spend time. Looking forward to stay again.

“Warm welcome from front guest but bad attitude at the restaurant.”
Warm prpfessional welcome from front guest. It was Christmas eve so I wanted to have a proper dinner at the Asian restaurant at the hotel. When I arrived, they told me that the restaurant was closed and they didn't accept more orders. Behind me, a lady arrived and they offered her a table. I was a … more
Warm prpfessional welcome from front guest. It was Christmas eve so I wanted to have a proper dinner at the Asian restaurant at the hotel. When I arrived, they told me that the restaurant was closed and they didn't accept more orders. Behind me, a lady arrived and they offered her a table. I was a bit in shock! The lady looked local so I felt a bit discriminated with racism. I complained to guest services and after I went again to the restaurant and miraculously, they had a table for me. Restaurant manager came to talk to me and just bla, bla, bla.... This event spoilt my stay as I felt very vulnerable and I just wanted to cry ,as it was a special Christmas evening. I couldn't talk to the general manager before leaving as he was busy so I sent an email to the management team and I am still waiting for a response .
