On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

I had a fantastic experience with the very friendly staff, especially Marky at the front desk. I needed to extend my stay for an additional night, and Marky went above and beyond to secure the best rate and ensure I had a room. Professional approach and dedication stood out, making this a perfect example of excellent customer service. Keep up the great work, Marky! I look forward to booking with you again on my next visit.

The staff are the biggest hit here, all of them friendly, helpful and efficient. My deluxe room was big and comfortable, though you do need a degree in light switches. Always plenty of hot water. The wifi was 12Mb-15Mb but I had a lot of trouble loading up Facebook and posting photos often came with the, “unable to post photos” error and video was plain impossible. For breakfast you got a main meal and a cup of tea or coffee. If you wanted a 2nd cup of tea/coffee you had to pay for it which was a 1st for me. I was very surprised that there was no cereal, no bread/toast, no fruit, no fruit juice etc.
