“Short vacation in Thailand with a few days in Bankgok”
Drink in establishments outside the hotel. They charge too much for their cocktails in comparison to the rest of the city.

“Lovely hotel”
A very elegant and welcoming hotel. Delightful staff and excellent eating choices. The Lobby is breathtaking and a charming place to sit, have a drink and watch people come and go. We had a very comfortable room and an excellent 2 days. Will return.

“Best hotel experience ever”
Wonderful old style hotel. Friendly and top notch service. Breakfast is great and pool area is large and a nice place to relax after a hectic day in Bangkok. We will definitely return!

“Top Location, Renovation urgently needed”

3.5 Stars. First of all staff is lovely like all over Thailand. This is the old four seasons hotel Bangkok. The hotels still has a wonderful Thai-Style lobby, very well maintained, good service and still a hotspot for business meetings and high society afternoon get togethers. Breakfast is served in a wonderful tropical indoor garden with lots of ponds, quality is good but not as good as other comparable 5 star hotels in Bangkok. We stayed in one of the royal suites, shape is good but all rooms need urgent renovations. We had problems with the AC, the technicians were very helpful and tried their best but also them can’t do magic in a 40 year old hotel. Kasara lounge staff was very nice, especially Anand. We also have to mention the concierge team, Sprite and his colleague did a fantastic job by organising a special razor blade for me, thanks very much again for that. As a summary I would say, nice grand hotel which is well past his golden age, superb location but renovation is more then needed.
