“Pleasant stay at Centrepoint Chidlom!”

We were there on 7/06/24 to 11/06/24. Room 702 & 708 There were 9 of us, 2 families in 2 rooms of deluxe triple room. The hotel rooms & toilets are very clean and satisfactory. Rooms are cleaned everyday, towels are changed. We have no complaints! Service is tip top! Staff are friendly. We needed an extension on check out and the staff arranged it for us from 12pm to 2pm. They have an indoor playground on level 6! Hotel is located about 11mins walk from chidlom bts. Moving around is no problem as you can book grab everywhere. There are 3, 7 11 stores there so if u need snacks or a meal late night, it's no problem at all! What would be nice if they have a connecting rooms!

Very polite stuff everywhere (special thanks to the house keeping) ,very good decoration ,large room (suite) with a well equipped kitchen and large dinning table ,strong a/c ,a several wardrobe and storage everywhere ,2 large desks ,i like the light switches locations ,good washing machine with drayer, i like the japanese toilet seat ,thanks for the great managment ,the hotel exeeds my expectations . Disliked · The shower is very very short (you have to fix that), the bathroom is a bit small ,the living room a/c is noisy , the bedroom curtain don't block the sunlight ,the living room sofa looks old ,the hotel is a bit isolated and far from the bts station.

The check in was really quick and we even before we knew it free upgraded to an executive room. The room was very spacious and clean, but it could need a bit restyling, but it was very pleasant to stay with everything you could need. Because there was no minibar we were offered 3 free snacks from the vending machine in the lobby. The people were very helpful and friendly. Only 1 thing was not ok and that was the breakfast. The Thai/Chinese food with rice was cold and the continental breakfast was ok but not very much choice. Nevertheless is was ok for us. The hotel is near the BTS and close to the shoppingcentres and in the neigbourhood there are a few nice restaurants for dinner. We could surely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Staffs very nice and helpful always smiling especially the bellboy Provide free rides to Chidlom BTS also pick up. The location is good around 7 minutes walk to BTS station Good water pressure and hot water are very stable and easy to adjust We didn't try the breakfast but dinner here and surprisingly good Cons: Housekeeping needs improvement First day after check in we found our room no complimentary bottled water, second day they forgot to put toilet paper and two small towels. On the fourth day again there was no bottled water, We had to call several times FO to request them to send to our room, this kind of mistake shouldn't happened again and again. The room is generally clean but don't expect they are the same with pictures on booking sites, many amenities are worn out or broken like the toilet seat cap also many stains and dust in some corners. All lift no air cond or exhaust fan so it's warm inside the lift, fortunately the lift moving fast Overall we were able to rest well, but to be honest we are a bit disappointed with our stay because of those issues during our stay. We have stayed at many hotels and this is the first time we had to call for water, seems not a big issue but enough to ruin your mood especially when you are done walking a whole day tired and back to the hotel to find this missing that missing.
