“Relaxation to its finest. Specially the piano day”
It was an amazing experience! The lobby and room were fantastic, and I loved seeing everyone enjoying and singing during the piano session. The atmosphere was lively, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every moment felt special, and the hospitality was exceptional. Highly recommend it to anyone!

Excellent spot, warm and welcoming. Kudos to management and staff, including Joy, Patt, May, Mook, concierge supervisor Lek, plus the entire executive team. With 198 or so rooms, the Dusit Princess retains the feel of a smaller, almost boutique hotel, where everyone knows your name and takes pride in helping with any request. I had the good luck to land in time for a party night, hosted by Khun Ging, the charming general manager. She welcomed uests as emcee and leadoff songbird. Hats off too to Butch, the Filipino piano legend who knows all the songs and rocks the house. Also, check out the very colorful, quirky, sprawling, Thai-style "Train" night market, a quick walk from the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were simply outstanding and the hotel overall totally deserving of its 5 star rating. The rooms were large and very well decorated. Pool area was really nice and the garden much appreciated with the hotel being in the city. When I arrived late at night, the reception staff were expecting us and friendly check in completed in about 30 seconds. Breakfast was excellent too. The hotel is outside the centre of bangkok but the MRT is about 500 m away and easily connects you to the whole city. The hotel is very close to Ancient city and Erawan museum so ideal for visiting these whilst there which we did. The hotel is next to a huge and really impressive mall and the train weekend night market is within walking distance. We absolutely loved this hotel and it hit the absolute sweet spot in terms of quality/value/service. Will stay here next trip.

A decent enough hotel ideally located for the Rod Fai market and Seacon Square shopping Mall. Breakfast was reasonable, the swimming pool area looked nice. A couple of issues we encountered that were not up to standard for this class of hotel in my opinion: Just two pillows in total in the room, no spares. No body lotion with the toiletries. There was an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machine! reception couldn't understand us when we asked for some ice cubes!! In the finish, we had to go to the bar and get some ice cubes delivered to the room. As previous, we were a little disappointed with this hotel overall sadly.
