“A Satisfying Stay”
Our stay at Indra Regent Hotel was very satisfying. The receptionist 'Ges' was very accommodating and very friendly, even answering our queries. The location also is near shopping malls and other venues. Definitely recommended for a trip to Thailand.

“Recommend Hotel for Family. Great area for shooping and Halal food.”
My Favourite Hotel in Pratunam since 2018. Strategically located and well maintained. Its a bit dark after midnight but still safe to roam around. Surrounded by Halal’s stall and restaurants. Ms Pimmy, the receptionist was very nice, friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay.

Price and location are great We stayed for 2 nights February 2025,that was our 2nd stay at Indra and we hope not the last one. why? first, convenient location to the Metro station, 5 min walk and to the major shopping malls. Second,the reception staff,room service are very welcoming and friendly. Special big thanks to Pimmy on reception staff.When personal problems occured, Pimmy was a life saver, highly professional and helpful. Rooms are quite spacious, bed linen spotless. Prices and services are reasonable.

“Good stay, with helpful and friendly staff.”
I have been coming to the Indra Regent for years. Always a comfortable stay at the Indra. Ges & Kitty at reception are always helpful and friendly. All the staff at Indra are very helpful. I will keep staying at the Indra Regent as long as I keep coming to Bangkok.

Well we selected this hotel, firstly is due to the location, 2nd due to they have 2 rooms for family. We booked presidential suite; the room indeed was huge was the facilities were very run down 1. Well we selected this hotel, firstly is due to the location, 2nd due to they have 2 rooms for family. We booked presidential suite; the room indeed was huge was the facilities were very run down 1. Floor wasn’t cleaned in the main hall and rooms. it was totally dirty. No slippers were given and we need to request for it. 2. The lights in the toilet was faulty, I have requested to change the bulb but they couldn’t fix it 3. The bath tub water is light green in color when we filled the tub up. When we drained the water from the tub, a lot of dirty came up from the sewage. It’s so grossed and smelly 4. The corridors lights were very dim and looks so scary when u walk to your room 5. High deposit required before you checked in 3000 baht. 6. The counter is not 24 hours and they closed at 11pm 7. The security is low at night as there were no staffs 8. No international channels on tv available as well. 9. Before checked out, they counted every single items from spoons to cups. This is the 1st time I encountered after traveling for so many years The good side of this hotel is the staffs were friendly and helpful but other than that, there is nothing special about this.
