On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Love it”
I love the opportunity to park easily at this point in Bangkok. I feel like being welcomed after hours of rush hour traffic in the metropolis. The inclusive breakfast is a good idea and saves money for a cheaper option.

I remember not having a shower curtain. But for about 15 a night it's not bad. Beds were a little hard but comfortable. The wifi did work great however, I'd say it was the best part of the experience lol. The rooms did have a refrigerator but no microwave. Lucky there is one for use in the cafeteria. All an all, my friends and I enjoyed our time here. This place offers the bare minimum, but I will say it was clean. Good place to stay if you only need a couple nights.

“Not bad”
Room good not bad but not good at all. And Google map tell the wrong way to go. Difficult to find and hotel stay so deep in the soi. No restaurant around there . Building look scared and the one I stay was power out for while . My friend not really happy for this place.
