Firstly I want to start with the staff every single staff member i had an interaction with was amazing. Tee was an absolute delight at check in at approx 1am. The following morning I had popped back to reception with a query and was hapilly assisted by a young lady. Concierge were wonderful too, the property was clean and close to all amenities I needed. I was able to sleep well as I didn't hear any noise from streets below (I was on 10th floor) Would definitely recommend this property in the future to anyone looking for a property to stay at in Bangkok.

The hotel is in a great location close to shopping malls and rail links, the room was spotless with a large fridge, TV and microwave. Breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from. Our one disappointment with the hotel is that, after 15 days now, the hotel has not refunded our 3000.00 Baht room security deposit. When contacted. their response was - "Regarding your credit card verified at Mandarin Hotel Bangkok the total amount is 3,000 Thai Baht. The Authorization Centre of Bangkok Bank PCL in Thailand has been automatically cancelled for you. Please note that the original bank of your credit card will unblock the amount within 14-30 working days (Depend on the international bank process) and it won't show up on your statement".

“Fine, but a few glitches”
The location was good for where I needed to be, plenty of options for shopping and eating around. The first room I was put into smelled very musty and stale, and there was a noisy generator outside. The location was good for where I needed to be, plenty of options for shopping and eating around. The first room I was put into smelled very musty and stale, and there was a noisy generator outside. I asked to be moved to another room, which was in the tower annex, and was better. I was with several other people in our party, who also said their rooms smelled as well. I used the laundry service, and one of my items was damaged. Another in the party lost one of their items, so I'd advise not to use the laundry service. Breakfast had a good selection, but was very busy, particularly earlier on. I didn't use the pool or spa, but a friend had a massage and said it was very good.
