I had a wonderful stay at Ramada D’Ma Bangkok. The room was spacious, equipped with a powerful air conditioner, and had a large bathroom. I had a wonderful stay at Ramada D’Ma Bangkok. The room was spacious, equipped with a powerful air conditioner, and had a large bathroom. Although I initially booked a studio room, I was pleasantly upgraded to a room with one queen bed and one single bed. The location is very convenient, close to gift shops, the bus station, and the city center. Highly recommended for couples and families!

- not in the sense that it's Indian-run, as many restaurants in the area are, but it caters almost exclusively to an Indian clientele, to the point that other nationalities might easily feel out of place. That's so both as regards things provided (the breakfast!) as the atmosphere and behavior of fellow guests, which seem to travel almost entirely in large family formations. That said, it's a nice three-star hotel (nothing here is four-star, and it's not really a Ramada), and the superior rooms have great views to the South. Good wifi, spacy, nice frig, big beds - and yes, furnmiture is downtrodden and all is a bit simple, but that's how three-star hotels sometimes are. The area is so-so as none of the typical Bangkok mass transit options are really in walking distance, and the next points of interest are a long soi away, but at least it's not Thong Lo or Ekamai with its plethora of farangs. It's not a good basis for shopping or tourism, but if one has something to do in the area, it's a reasonably priced, large-enough space.

Very hard pillows. The tea bag or coffee provided very limited and nothing could be provided before 7 am. The availability of swimming pool after 10 am, when we are out for sightseeing.
