We really enjoyed our three nights in a two bedroom apartment. The pool, gym and sauna were clean and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent as there’s Fat Boy Sushi just down the lane and at the very end you enter what looks like a garage and it has a 7 Eleven store tucked in. Another lane away is Meet where you can get an espresso or Dopio. Up the road is the Silom Complex - a very good mall with food court and ATMs. You are also right by the Sky Train which is easy to use.

“Great location and comfortable generous space”
Yet another stay here within a two minute walk of Silom, the BTS and MRT and all that Saladaeng and the environs have to offer food wise. Efficient staff and a clean, well kept apartment that's fully equipped make this excellent value and a great stay

The Saladaeng Colonnade is not really a hotel any more it seems to have been sold so it is more like managed apartments. We had the most friendly reception and security staff helping us at every moment, one of the security guys, especially, was a star and went out of his way to be helpful. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and have what you need for a short stay. Great bath, plenty of boiling hot water, very good bed and linen so the sleep quality was great. Full size fridge, I made ice with the bottled water left by the cleaners every day. Good air con. Very nice well-equipped gym on the ground floor and a nice pool outdoors. Coin laundry on the ground floor was very useful and not a bother, the apartment has iron and ironing board. Very close to Silom district, we walked to Silom 4 every night to a funny restaurant owned by a German guy, very nice and very friendly.

Booked a triple room for my family. Room was spacious. It’s a serviced apartment style with a kitchenette and living room with a separate bedroom. Triple room means having a 3rd bed (single) set up in the living room. For the price paid it’s quite a spacious place. It’s comfy and Good for a few days stay but I wouldn’t have it for a longer term stay: - dated fixtures , the cupboards and wardrobes though repainted they are creaking. The steel plate of the electric water boiler had came off! - bit of a musk smell in the apartment , the type from older establishment - slightly low in anticipating what your guests need ie only 1 roll if toilet paper provided. It was only replenished with only one new roll when the previous was completely finished! There’s Coin operated washing machine and dryer at the ground. Also a small lap pool and fitness equipments on the same floor. With these facilities and proximity to bts station, this place is quite a sold out. A local day market (Monday-Friday) just in front of the hotel provides local fares. About 8mins walk to saladaeng BTS station and Silom Complex with central dept store. I really would like to love it, but it’s in dire need of an interior upgrade.

“Central Apartments for rent ”
Central Silom location, Modern Thai-Asian Style of the late 90s, Airbnb kind of accommodation, friendly reception, bit difficult to communicate with in English, very friendly porter, old carpets in the corridors smell a bit mouldy, like some of the rooms. Yet, all in all nice location.
