“Nice stay in a nice and very friendly hotel, will come again soon!”

I stayed in Dezember for two days in that Hotel. The front desk was very friendly and they gave me a nice and clean balcony-room with a good view. The Room was very quiet and the bed was very good for a long and deep sleep. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious and the coffee tastes great. The staff was very friendly and did a great job as I had a small accident. They were all overwhelming helpfull. I will come again!

We spent 4 days at the Barcelo Concorde Tunisia. We had a conference for our company ICTJ. The service at the hotel was impeccable from the beginning, the bellmans services, reception and the amasing guest relation service was carry with special attention and and special treats. to our needs with Miss Chiraz she was attentive without being intrusive. The hotel was an amazing add on to our stay, the food wasn't excellent, but The service from the attending staff was very kind, personal, attentionate and generous. The view is just magnificent We could not thank enough the whole staff and teams... Thank you! 🇱🇧🇹🇳

“From Initial Disappointment to Great Ending”

Upon my initial check-in at the hotel, I was met with a reception that I found to be disappointing and quite cold, which was uncharacteristic of the 4 or 5-star reputation the establishment is known for. The service staff at the front desk failed to deliver the warm welcome and professional service that one would typically anticipate from a hotel of such high standing. In spite of the initial letdown, the hotel quickly turned the situation around and demonstrated impeccable damage control and service recovery, following a letter of complaint I sent to the management expressing my dissatisfaction. I must particularly commend the hotel's Operations Manager and Room Supervisor, who provided highly accommodating and service-oriented attention. Their efforts transformed my initial reservations into a positive outlook towards the hotel. I am grateful for their exceptional service orientation and would recommend this hotel to others based on this stellar recovery.

“Good Hotel and nice location”
Good Hotel, clean and nice location, also friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. value for money. stayed here 2 times and would like to stay here again. I would recommend this hotel with my current two stays.

Very worrying and totally unacceptable I spent the whole night with diarrhea _ Small and worst detail Regarding the accommodation part, instead of harassing customers for money, I think you should take care of the cleanliness and unpleasant odors in the room (stinky smell of shoes), Mme. AMINA the housekeeping, also her rude answer with the anger face this unacceptable for a five-star hotel
