We had a pleasant stay here. Good food and cleanliness. Pool is also nice an heated. Special thanks to Emon from the kids club, he was always paying attention to the kids and played games with them so they are always in good care. Been there with my 3yo son.

Firstly, I'd like to state this hotel was an incredible pick on many different factors. One slight negative was the happiness of the check in staff at reception when arrived, could have smiled a bit more and not acted so serious. Keeping these points as brief as possible: Check in - we were checked in early, which incredibly helped us from our overnight flight and our 2 year olds loss of sleep. Room & Housekeep - very good sized room, we didn't have a balcony but we had a great view of the plaza. Always cleaned perfectly and topped up our bottles of water everyday. Had a problem with our bath but fixed within 10 minutes. Facilities - the 2 different pools and hot tub all had different temperatures which I thought was a nice touch, always clean too. For small children - we visited during Ramadan but it was very quiet so my child had the very clean, immaculate soft play all to himself. All staff were very attentive to him which he loved. Especially Htep in the restaurant. Location - couldn't have picked a better location for what type of holiday we had planned. On Yas plaza with a shared private beach, within 5-10 minutes FREE bus ride of all parks for families (Ferarri world etc) and Yas Mall. One final mention, I think the swim up pool would be used if the drinks/ice cream were a little cheaper. £8 for a natural ice lolly is a bit extortionate. Overall, a fantastic place which i will recommend to friends.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my genuine feedback about our recent stay at Rotana. The staff truly deserve credit and a round of applause for their exceptional service, which made us feel like celebrities. From the moment we arrived, the hotel reception staff went above and beyond, taking care of our bags even before we stepped out of the car. The reception, restaurant, pool, and children’s play area staff were all incredible, delivering the highest level of customer experience imaginable. Our stay was truly a full value-for-money experience. There were a few small incidents that made a big impact and created lasting memories: One evening, I went to the pool with my daughter while my wife was trying to fill the air in the swinging tube for her. I was so focused on my daughter in the pool that I didn't notice my wife struggling. Out of nowhere, a staff member approached her and offered to help her inflate the tube. My wife didn’t see anyone nearby, but the staff member, who turned out to be from the pool bar area, noticed her and came to assist immediately. Unfortunately, we forgot to ask his name, but his thoughtful gesture made a big difference. The Kids Club staff was fantastic as well. After swimming, my daughter wanted to spend time in the kids' area. The staff member there was incredibly kind to her and even took the time to teach her several activities, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I could continue praising the kitchen, reception staff, and the overall warm welcome and services, but I believe words alone can’t fully express how grateful and satisfied we are. I’m sharing this experience because it perfectly represents the “value for money” that everyone expects from a top-tier hotel. It truly encourages us to choose Rotana again in the future. From now on, whenever I think of taking a break to Yas Island, I will 200% prefer staying at your hotel. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning soon.
