“1 night transit by etihad”
The room so big, not to mention the receptionist was helpful, treated us like a princess. the food was all good and decent. we were transit there 1night as our airlines delayed schedule. the airline etihad provided us not only accommodation, but along with meals. i could say it does cheers me after… more

I normally do over night stay in AUH for work and decided to try this hotel for a night. they have checked me into their suit while my booking for standard which I appriciated alot even though I was only there to sleep the night but I was very impressed by the room quality, cleanines in the hotel! surely exceeded my expecation and if I am going to stay in the Abu Dhabi city, this hotel will be among my options from now.

“Amazing staff”
Stayed over due to delayed flight. The hotel staff could not have done anything else to make this part of the trip wonderful. Staff amazing and beds sooo comfortable. From late room service to opening breakfast early for us Thank you to the team.

“Pure luxury with the most hospital staff.”
Beautiful hotel with the loveliest staff who couldn’t have done more for me. Delicious food, great bars, live music, a free spa in a great location. Beautiful hotel with the loveliest staff who couldn’t have done more for me. Delicious food, great bars, live music, a free spa in a great location. I stayed here for a week and during my time sustained a foot injury. The night manager, Arjoob, was so helpful and courteous-he calmed me down, escorted me to the hospital (which is only 350m away) and even gave me 100AED out of his own pocket to help towards my triage cost or taxi back if I needed it. I was half Board and the breakfast and dinner was delicious with, again, the nicest staff. The Viewz restaurant is on the 18th floor and it’s called Viewz for a very good reason! There’s an array of buffet food to choose from including traditional foods, stir fry’s and even Westener’s home comforts like baked beans, hash browns and fries if you’re feeling a bit home sick. There’s 2 bars on the 17th floor-one sports bar who have a fab in house band called Gold Beatz or if you want a more chilled vibe, Bambu cocktail lounge is just across the way with guest musicians and singers and even theatre groups occasionally. My room was on the 14th floor and was so clean and comfortable with stunning views of the city. Huge comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and stylish separate living room area. On the 19th floor the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym are free for guests to relax in until 11pm and I treated myself to a 60minute foot massage for only £30. There is a big shopping mall selling everything from luxury Arab perfumes (be prepared to haggle!) and a shop dedicated to your essentials so no need to waste room in you luggage for toiletries! There are regular bus routes to all over the city and taxi’s are constantly available outside the hotel. If you can handle the heat, Abu Dhabi is also the safest city I have ever been to in the world. Just be respectful and you will be respected. Thank you team for making my stay so relaxed and welcoming, I look forward to my next visit!
