“A wonderful place to stay”
Really i appreciate the way the staff wish best for thier guest .. I enjoy the cleaning of the rooms and the way the staff welcomes thier guest... I must say a grate thanks to Abongni in the front office and the help of monica and iroshini.. Hope i will meet them soon when i come back in June.. Goo… more

“My best stay ”
I stayed in the hotel and it's very nice... My regards to the staff and I most appropriate staff like abongni and some other front office staff.... I wish to come back to the hotel again. My regards to the staff

“Perfect”
A Perfect Place to stay Simply Comfortable n comfortably simple Perfect rooms, friendly staff n environment WiFi is a bit slow but works fine mostly Front facing rooms are ideal when n if available Chk them out

“Good hotel with few pitfalls in service”
We stayed in this hotel in jan 2020. Reception staff was good and helpful with quick check-in. Rooms were good, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and so was restuarant staff. We stayed in this hotel in jan 2020. Reception staff was good and helpful with quick check-in. Rooms were good, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and so was restuarant staff. Pool is small but i do not found any rush in it. Pool staff was eager to help. Location is excellent in Dierra with supermarket just opp to hotel. Pitfalls Complaints are not resolved quickly. Like our washbasin was choked and it took them 2days to resolve a minor issue after repeatedly reminding them about it. So was with one of our room bulb which was fused and was not replaced over our 5day stay. Other thing is that we were alloted room at 6th floor and there is some pool side night club at 7th floor whoose noise can be heard whole night till 6:30-7:00am. Rest overall everything was good.
