An ideal hotel it you need a central location. It’s location within the Financial Centre is superb and you can easily walk to both the Financial Centre and Emirates Towers metro stations. My room is immaculate on the 14th floor and cleanly thoroughly by Abdul everyday who has done an amazing job!

We booked an 8 nights stay in the Deluxe Room, 1 King, Burj Khalifa view, Balcony. We arrived at the hotel around 07.30 on an early morning flight and asked if it was possible to have an early check in. We got our room within the hour which was fantastic of them to do so. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Dubai. The financial centre metro is less than 2 min walk away and the museum of the future is a short walk opposite the hotel. The area has a lot of nice local/ international restaurants/ cafes that open 24/7 incl Starbucks, Tim Hortons etc. Our goto local place for breakfast/ brunch was Zaroob (opposite the hotel). Excellent Middle Eastern food and vibes! Must try! There’s even a cosy shisha cafe which we loved. The hotel’s customer service was brilliant, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. Room service was always very prompt. Daily housekeeping was superb. Prasad always ensured the room was impeccably cleaned and used items fully re-stocked. You can request robes, slippers, toiletries etc. I recommend booking a room overlooking the Museum of the Future/Sheikh Zayed Road/ Burj Khalifa for a fantastic night view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay here again.

“Jamming in Dubai ”

Food great! ALSO entertainment at 43 is excellent and service .DJ is fabulous with a saxophonist accompanying him. Would recommend rooftop lounge even if staying at another property. . Best selection for our 5 day stay in Dubai. Easy access to metro

I loved this hotel for a number of reasons. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the museum of the future, we love walking and could walk to the Mall in about 30 minutes, however there is metro station and easy access to taxi’s right outside the hotel. I loved this hotel for a number of reasons. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the museum of the future, we love walking and could walk to the Mall in about 30 minutes, however there is metro station and easy access to taxi’s right outside the hotel. Right next doors to the restaurant there is a Nando’s, a chemist, and small shops and markets. Room - it was an apartment, a large one. We had two separate double rooms with beds you had to jump up on and could sink into, they were so comfortable, and three bathrooms. The master bedroom had a spacious walk in wardrobe which was great to store our luggage. We had a washing machine, although I didn’t use it, an iron and full size ironing board, a fully equipped kitchen which was also large and spacious, a large lounge area and separate dining area. The balcony ran around the front of the apartment so it was open and airy. Although we did not need or make the most it, those travelling with young children know amenities like this are a godsend. The breakfast was great here, there was enough choice but not over the top. There was a healthy section with juice shots, continental, breads and pastries, English style like eggs, beans etc, cereal, and an Indian inspired section. There is nothing I didn’t like. We also dined in the restaurant/cafe of the hotel one evening, the service and food was great, my kids loved it. My only complaint is the size of the restaurant is small in comparison to the hotel so it can get quite congested at breakfast time, but this is the only time it is really busy. If you fancy a snack or coffee throughout the day, it’s nice and relaxed - very clean too. I would love to stay here again.
