A very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. I would like to thank Muhammad Sulman for his quick response. I forgot my ID , bank card and cash money on my way to the airport, and when I contacted reception, he had them sent to me at the airport via taxi as quickly as possible. He stayed in contac… more
A very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. I would like to thank Muhammad Sulman for his quick response. I forgot my ID , bank card and cash money on my way to the airport, and when I contacted reception, he had them sent to me at the airport via taxi as quickly as possible. He stayed in contact with me until the moment I received my belongings. I would also like to thank the hotel’s driver, Mohammed Faizy, who was with me during this incident and did not leave the airport until he made sure I was okay and had received my belongings. The hotel is lucky to have employees like them. Thank you all!

I had a pleasant stay at Jumeirah Rotana, and I’d like to share my experience. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and attentive to our needs, which added a personal touch to our visit (namely Mr. Belal, Mohsin and Ali from Boston Bar). I also appreciated the nice English sports bar, which offers ladies' night and happy hour, along with discounts on food and beverages for hotel guests – a great perk! That said, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Facilities: The swimming pool is a bit old and small. Upgrading this area would greatly enhance the guest experience. And hope in future they'll provide great discount for their guests on Spa. 2. Breakfast: While the breakfast is good, the menu remains the same every day, which can be a bit repetitive. Adding variety would make it more exciting. 3. Location & Transport: The area around the hotel is always busy with traffic, and the hotel is not close to a train station. Providing free daily transport to the nearest station and trips to popular destinations like Dubai Mall, including weekends, would be an excellent addition for guests. 4. Welcome Experience: Offering a welcome drink upon arrival would be a thoughtful gesture to make the experience more memorable. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and with these enhancements, the hotel could provide an even better experience for its guests. Thank you!
