Where do I start… from the moment we arrived we were greeted with so many familiar smiley faces. Something which is a rarity within hospitality these days and very well received and appreciated! We checked into the [Beit] Al Bahar Villas and Momo was there to see everything went as smooth as possible! The Villas look fantastic - wow! Thank you to Adnan for his hospitality. You have an amazing team who go above and beyond. Thank you In the 6yrs we’ve been coming here, and the very many changes that we’ve seen it isn’t the amazing restaurants, the world famous beach or the lovely renovated rooms that keep us coming back, It’s the people! You can have the best looking hotel in the world, but if the people as crap then so will be the hotel! You really can’t make someone be great at hospitality, it’s either in them or it isn’t. And everyone at JBH are FANTASTIC. There are obviously always some who shine a little brighter than others, and who go the extra mile to try and help, but on the whole I’ve never been to a hotel quite like it. It’s like a little (big) family and I’m so here it! Thank you all. It would be rude to end this review without saying a big thank you to some of those who made our stay extra special; Al bahar - Momo, who really is the only real reason we come back year after year! lol. My junior loves playing with you, and we are so grateful for your kindness and help this trip. You’re really good at your job, and I hope that one day I come back and see you in management. You’d be an amazing asset to an already fantastic team. Your ability to foresee issues and remedy them quickly is a gift. You’ve single-handedly made our stay a blessing. Thank you Lovely Ryan who couldn’t do more for us, Jude who always made me want KFC, Hassan for your amazing driving skills, Aziz for the brilliant service - and all the BAA team - thank you for looking after us so well, the chats and the laughs. And most of all the understanding and consideration for my son. Jojee - JBH’s Trump Card!! What a guy!! You should be treasured. Honestly the best of the best. like an old friend, we always catch up right where we left off. Thank you for the mango! As always :-) The many members of the Dream Team who keep the guests dozed up with smiley happy faces ; Faisal- you’re like a little Jojee, you know how to butter up the guests, saying exactly what they want to hear and keeping them happy. You’re a delight. Thank you. Darling Sharon with your gorgeous bright smile and fantastic cocktails. Paul, who always seems to be exactly where he needs to be whenever you want him. Little Abdul, Mr Dan sends his regards and thank you for always being so helpful and happy. The guys on the beach who couldn’t be more helpful if they tried and always got the birds away. Thank you very much for all your help. Especially when I was with my son. The road sweeper who should be a JBH treasure. Such a lovely man. Thank you to the kids club team! I know it’s hard having a child with special needs when you have so many children to look after. Thank you for all trying your best. And to Suja, beautiful Suja! Never stop smiling my dear friend. You are a blessing to us all. You have a heart of pure gold, I hope to see you next time we visit. Thank you x The truth is, I can’t write everything. Travelling with my son is very hard, and it isn’t something which I particularly enjoy. Some days are better than others and not everyone understands our situation. We get stared at, laughed at, it’s hard. But every single one of you really tried to help and understand and you all have no idea how much I appreciate that. You all made our holiday so much nicer. Thank you. Big bosses sitting behind desks can say “Dubai is the Autism Capital of the world…” all they want. But without YOU guys putting in the hard work, and trying to help, understand and support those people who have special additional needs, it means nothing!!! It’s all of you who make this hotel and Dubai so amazing, and don’t forget that. Thank you x

“Another lovely week with family at this outstanding hotel”

We have just returned from a 8 day stay at Jumeirah beach hotel and we really can’t recommend it enough. This will have been our fourth stay here & the service which we always receive is really exceptional. From start to finish all employees work so hard to make the stay enjoyable. Arrival staff at the entrance along with check in staff made us feel very welcome & helped us with our luggage/room and planning our day ahead which was so useful as we have two small children & after a night flight into Dubai it meant we didn’t have to do that much - just enjoy our first day & start to relax into the stay. All pool staff really are exceptional - especially members at the family pool who took care of us so well. Mahedi, Mukamell, Sharif and Roni are such a credit to the hotel. They really take care of us every time we come and make such a fuss of our young boys who love them. Nothing is ever too much to ask & they were all so helpful with hotel & general Dubai knowledge. If only all hotel staff were as kind as you guys. Our hotel room was looked after by Saiful and Imran. They really are the best. The room (room 612 arriving 14/02) was always to a very high standard when we arrived back in the room with lovely touches left out for the children aswell as us (it was valentines on the day we arrived at the hotel) The boys really loved seeing them & seeing their very creative towel designs :-) Thank you to them both for making the holiday so enjoyable and for all of their hard work. It didnt go unnoticed by us. We hope when we come again that you will maybe look after us again :-) Overall we have loved staying at JBH and love what it offers as a hotel - a variety of pools to be by, wild wadi and different restaurants to choose from. It is also around about 20 minutes in a cab from the mall of the emirates (depending on what time of the day you go) It was our first visit to Nuska restaurant this year and we enjoyed it - very beautiful surroundings and quite a bit to choose from on the menu for ourselves and children. Thank you again JBH for such an enjoyable holiday. We will be back :-)

“A very special place - our third year running for Feb half-term. Ideal for families. A few minor kinks to iron out.”

This was our now 4th family holiday to JBH during February half-term, and our 3rd year in a row. For our family, it’s the perfect family holiday destination. The hotel itself is impeccable, immaculately clean; and the rooms (we got an ocean view family room) are ideal for families. The half board food package is great, with an amazing breakfast on offer at Kitchen Connection (on property), and loads of dinner options at all of the adjacent Jumeriah properties. For our 15 and 11 year olds, having full access to Wild Wadi is also unbeatable. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that we love just about everything at and with JBH. Actually, the aspect we most love - and which keeps bringing us back - are the staff and people of JBH. For one, they all seem genuinely happy - which I believe is due to the fact that (from all accounts) they are paid well; receive great training; and are given well above average accommodations plus transport. This is important to us, as we have seen other properties that treat their staff poorly. Instead, at JBH, this shows thru in the smiles, attentiveness, and great service delivered by all of the people that we came across during our 8-day stay. Highlights included: - Momen, who took such good care of us at the pool each day, always helping to find the perfect spot, and keeping us well hydrated; - George, who waited on us during our daily happy hour and with delicious pool side snacks; - Nobi and Atik, our wonderfully kind and attentive housekeeping staff, who not only made us feel like room 1209 was home, but made sure I stayed well awake with plenty of coffee and milk! - Mar - our gracious and caring concierge, who dealt with a number of issues during our stay, and always with a smile - And finally Tufeal, our good friend who has been with us now for 3-years (this year on the beach), who remembered our names, our kids’ names, and made the stay as personal as ever. Lovely guy! In the spirit of offering a balanced review: We did have a few hiccups this year, however, which we didn’t experience in the past. I chalk this up to the hotel being very, very busy during our stay. For example, on our arrival we had pre-booked a car that didn’t show up (to be fair, the Jumeriah staff helped us find a taxi alternative, and they made good by comp’ing our return car on departure). We also had a problem when our deposit had been exceeded, and then embarrassingly being turned down / declined for meal service on our last day (the manager was extremely apologetic, noting that they should have contacted us when the deposit was exceeded). Finally, the wait at peak times for buggies this year was much longer in the past (best to avoid 7:30-8:15 … and expect at least a 20-min wait). None of these detracted from our desire to return.
