“Was up to expectations ”

Nice receptionist not the old cranky man but the young tall guy .The security man looks American if you asked me but hey he was still nice till my last day out .The butler will try to play a fast one on you if you don’t understand the currency 👍

“Very commercial area around hotel.”
Reception was nice, also room of acceptable size but little noisy as close to very commercial streets around. Clean even furniture is not new. Took of over the Christmas break for A few days of rest and relaxation From the airport it a drive costing about 40 AED. Make sure you have the correct address as the hotel is not known to most cabbies. The location is on a one way street accessed Via Deira market behind the Gold souk,so it's not right inside the shopping area There is a Lebanese restaurant directly behind it and a supermarket across the road selling necessities and Wendy is a 2 minute stroll Being Nigerian there is also a Nigerian Buka 10 minutes away The rooms are cleaned regularly but take your towels along My room had an issue with the door which kept pulling out of the frame. I complained and was told the hotel is safe enough for me to keep the door open Breakfast was buffet and I was told my ration was 2 boiled eggs. The food was passable and monotonous after 3 days I found it rather pricey for a 3 star hotel. The staff claimed it was Xmas pricing. The concierge was very helpful as was the sole security guy and the cleaners It was fully booked for the period I was there with people walking in seeking reservations It's OK if one is travelling on a budget. Taxis and buses are readily available beside the hotel

“Nice place in crowded Deira of Dubai”
A nice place though location is in crowded environment. Can enjoy a nice breakfast which is almost included to room chargers. Negotiable staff. I met nice Stuart call Amine who serve very sincerely . Always care about the taste and quality of food.
