Staff service n hospitality is very good. The place is near to Metro, Mall, Indian Restaurants. Tnx to the staff n management. Vegetarian Restaurants are are in walkable distance. Tariff is varying , so, keep checking n do extension in case stay has to be extended

We stayed at the hotel in April. We liked everything. We arrived in Dubai early in the morning and were immediately checked into a hotel, which was very nice after an overnight flight. I liked the room. Everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable bed, climate control worked well, balcony, washing machine. Near the metro, an excellent carrefour store and many others. We took buses to the beautiful beaches of Al Mamzer where we enjoyed the sun and the bay until lunch. And in the afternoon we visited all the famous sights by metro or subway and bus. A fifteen-minute walk from the hotel is the Khor Dubai embankment, where there is a lot of beautiful and interesting things to see. We have been to many areas of Dubai, but we liked the location of our hotel the most. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodated every request. Jahir Hussain, Arshot, Akhter and others helped us a lot. Thanks to them for a good holiday. We'd love to come back again. Viktor and Olga

The location of this hotel is in prime location.From here you can access easily bur juman metro walkable distance. It was found clean and safe. Receptionists and all attendants were polite and helpful. Food wise, they are providing breakfast and have to improve varieties further

I have been a regular at this hotel apartments since 4.5 years for medium to long stays. Hotel is well located if you are reliant on metro. Operating Staff are extremely nice, helpful and flexible. The hotel has been upgrading although it is old fashioned if spacious. The central reservation desk and management is impersonal and treat you like a commodity, ignoring any repeat custom or loyalty as in my case. You get nothing extra for being a regular repeat customer, be it early check-in, late check-out or otherwise - despite having stayed over a dozen times for a total of over 8 months in toto over 4.5 years, I was made to pay half a days charge for a 830 am check-in or a 4 pm check-out despite the hotel not being full. I find their pricing to be erratic and in many instances see that you can get more modern facilities and better infrastructure for what they charge if you are mobile and have a car. Also, if you have a car, I would strongly advise against this hotel as getting in and out of Bur Dubai during rush hours can be daunting and a significant waste of time. They have badly trained security guards who do not direct residents to park their cars properly causing considerable inconvenience to others. Overall, it’s a fair value for money but you can probably get better value for what they charge elsewhere. I for one would not recommend this hotel unless their price is competitive which it has not been in recent times.
