“Great service”

Hotel is good but valet is incredible. Thank you Arban Khan and fahzan for making it a better stay. Definitely coming back to this place in jbr. Hilton is known. But this review should allow me to post with less words because it’s incredible using the least words

Yet another 5* experience at this hotel, which we visit at least twice each year. The hotel is ideally located on JBR, with access to the beach, shops, restaurants and the marina. As always, the exceptional staff make all the difference. From the front desk, to housekeeping, hospitality and the beach, everyone delivers a great customer experience, with a warm smile. “High expectations....”

We stayed for 2 nights in another hotel then moved to this one for 4 nights, our room was not ready which was expected but they stored our luggage and told us we could use the facilities. We stayed for 2 nights in another hotel then moved to this one for 4 nights, our room was not ready which was expected but they stored our luggage and told us we could use the facilities. Unfortunately no-one actually told us what the facilities were or where to find the pool and we were not given towel cards to be able to get a towel. Our room was ready around 3pm and the front desk sent me a WhatsApp to advise this, the room itself was a great size with a balcony which had views of the palm and the Walk. Great soundproofing as when door was shut we couldn't really hear the street noise. Beds were comfortable and the room had a good layout with wardrobes and drinks area at the entrance then the sleeping area at the further end. We had lounge access and half board dining, half board was great being able to use credits at Mcgettigans and Wavebreaker for lunch or dinner. The main buffet restaurant had an excellent choice for breakfast and food was very fresh and tasty. The lounge we found OK (very cold!) but felt like we were unwanted visitors at times, they were a lot of repeat guests and the staff were very attentive to them whereas we had to ask what drinks were available and I still don't know if there was any hot food on offer for breakfast from the kitchen in the lounge. Great location on the JBR and love the loungers on the beach, pool is great so refreshing when it's 40 degrees.

“Good hotel in really good location”

As other reviews have said the hotel does look a little dated in places but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff are brilliant - very helpful and friendly. As other reviews have said the hotel does look a little dated in places but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff are brilliant - very helpful and friendly. Our room cleaner Nay was excellent. He cleaned the room spotlessly every day and left some fun towel decorations. We stayed Half Board. The breakfasts are excellent with everything you could wish for. We only did the evening buffet twice because we were less keen on the choices and the menu seemed to be the same both nights. However, you can swap your Half Board choice for lunch (100 AED per person) which did and ate our lunches at the beach bar and at McGettigans. There are happy hours at the bars too. We always got a sunbed at the beach (even though they are crammed in next to each other). The sunbeds by the pool and grassed area always seemed to be taken very early. We would stay at this hotel again.
