“AMAZING!”
Amazing accommodation would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again in the future. Location was great so easily accessible into the city and every aspect of hotel was perfect myself and my friends absolutely loved our stay here.

“The best location, accommodation, service and value for money!”
I can't really add anymore than I have in the title - our stay was perfect! The staff were friendly. It was like a home from home with everything there (we all commented that they had thought of everything).

“Beautiful mews apartment”
Stayed for one night with friends in between Christmas and New Year. Stunning apartment with large kitchen and living space. Lovely outdoor garden space if staying in summer. Spotlessly clean rooms, kitchen, etc. Amazing beds and shower rooms too. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Only negat… more
Stayed for one night with friends in between Christmas and New Year. Stunning apartment with large kitchen and living space. Lovely outdoor garden space if staying in summer. Spotlessly clean rooms, kitchen, etc. Amazing beds and shower rooms too. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Only negative is the parking. Think ahead and don’t expect to turn up and get an on street space.

“Hogmanay stay”
Stunning apartments, spacious and well equipped. huge comfortable bed. kitchens excellent, freindly staff, great shower, great location. high price, but Hogmanay so what to expect i guess. will definitely be back

“Third Visit”
Myself and my partner visited the hotel for a fourth time and The Owners Residence for a second time this week. Although the hotel is amazing, the standards had slipped since we last visited. Usually on arrival, my suitcase is taken off of me and it is brought to my room, this time, there were no o… more
Myself and my partner visited the hotel for a fourth time and The Owners Residence for a second time this week. Although the hotel is amazing, the standards had slipped since we last visited. Usually on arrival, my suitcase is taken off of me and it is brought to my room, this time, there were no offers to assist me in taking my bags to the room. When I got in the room I noticed it had a bit more wear and tear. Also, it used to be Molton Brown toiletries which have now been replaced. There is also no Sky TV, which has been replaced by freeview. Although these small things didn’t ruin the experience, they certainly did take away from the luxurious experience of the hotel that we previously had. Not sure I would pay the money for the Owners Residence again as a result.
