Talk about great value for money!!! Nowhere in central London will you get this level of customer service (such a warm, welcoming greeting), fair room size and comfort for such a great price. I was genuinely shocked by how much was included considering the price point; toiletries, tea/coffee products and fresh laundered linen. The location is perfect. A 3 minute walk to the nearest tube and has a convenience shop 1 minute away. Everything you need for a comfortable night. Will definitely return!

I needed a hotel close to Victoria Coach Station as I was spending two nights in London prior to a cruise. I lucked out in finding this small boutique hotel that was convenient for my needs and very reasonably priced. Tammy was amazing! Friendly, helped with my luggage, upgraded my room and allowed me to check in prior to check in time. It was very warm during my stay, but not uncomfortable since there is no air conditioning. I was a little concerned about there not being screens on the window, but they must not have issues with flying insects during the summer like we have in the States. Lots of stairs and no elevator, but I knew that from the reviews. Tammy helped me carry my suitcase up three flights to my room with a smile. The room was small, but perfect for my needs as I did not plan on spending much time in my room. I was in London after all! The bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the water in the shower was perfect! The hotel was an easy 11 minute walk (with luggage) from Victoria Coach Station and was on a fairly quiet street. I felt very safe walking the neighborhood even in the evening. Several quaint cafes and restaurants very near to the hotel. Especially enjoyed the Sole Mio, italian restaurant a few blocks away. It was very easy to walk to major attractions, it took me 15 minutes to get to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben. The walk back from Trafalgar Square was about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel if you just need a clean, low key place to stay. It does not have a restaurant or additional amenities, but I felt like I was staying in someone's home.

This was a very affordable and convenient hotel for my recent quick trip to London. I wanted to be within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, and hotels in that vicinity were either too expensive or already booked full. The hotel was just one block from the Victoria subway line, and the Pimlico neighborhood is quite safe and quiet. I had dinner at an excellent Georgian restaurant, called Iberia, nearby, and a round of drinks at a pub called the White Swan. I had a great English Breakfast, fresh-squeezed OJ and coffee at a nearby restaurant called the Tachbrook Bakery. The hotel itself is one of those many converted from a long row of three-story apartments. On the same street were a Best Western and a Holiday Inn Express of the same stock. I had a third-floor room -- maybe too many stairs for some -- but I was fine with it and I had a nice big window overlooking the street out front. Luckily the temperature was about 70, and I could get by with an open window and the portable electric fan. Otherwise it could have been uncomfortable without AC. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. I didn't have a hair dryer in my room.
