“Social experience of the hotel”
I host social events at the hotel lounge and the staff were spectacular and welcoming to everyone. The atmosphere is quiet and high class. The food is very nice too. I especially thank Geetha, Luba, Haysten, Marinella, Riddhi and the others.

We had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree - Hilton London - West End! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. A special shoutout to the restaurant and bar staff, who provided exceptional service and made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring central London. We loved how easy it was to walk to West End theaters, making it incredibly convenient to catch performances. Plus, with great access to public transport, getting to other landmarks and attractions was a breeze. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with top-notch service in a prime location, we highly recommend the DoubleTree - Hilton London - West End. We’ll definitely be back!

“Nice and cosy.”

“Great Hotel”
It’s a very nice, very welcoming, straightforward hotel. I’m happy with everything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. Everyone at the hotel was helpful. Before my stay I emailed with Lakshani and she was fantastic to deal with. Wonderful stay.
